This is the follow up video to Blocking Drills #1.   Remember, this is just a basic video on blocking and counter defending......... If you are creative, you will see several opportunities and variations you can do from this drill.  I have been teaching this drill to children and adults for over 20 years.   Enjoy working with each other and do the drill until you are moving:
1. Without hesitation
2. With power
3. With coordination
4. On both left and right sides
5. With the ability to make up your own moves.

That is when you will have mastered the drill and be ready for more training.

I am currently booking photo shoots and engaging in various freelance advertising & marketing pieces such as web design, including Blog Banners like the one I have on my blog, as well as doing some advertising and marketing consulting on with small businesses. I have worked with well known and reputable businesses around the DFW area for the past 8 years consulting and doing motivational speaking pertaining to start up's for small businesses. We are excited to share the joyful adventure of my re-purposed furniture and DYI projects to the list. As you can tell, a bit of energy I need to disburse, so the more things going the better..... (lol)
